Returns & Refunds

We want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. If you are not, you can return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method. This policy applies to orders delivered within the United States.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, clean, free of pet hair, and in the original packaging.
  • Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

How to return an item

  1. Contact us first. Email contact@restandrisepet.com (or use our contact form) with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. Please do not send items back without contacting us, as we cannot match unannounced parcels to an order.
  2. Within 1 business day we reply with your return instructions: a prepaid return label or the address to send the item to.
  3. Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and ship it using the label or address we provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we email you to confirm your refund.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer (if you use the prepaid label we provide, its cost is deducted from your refund). If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit. Original shipping charges are refunded if the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective item.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges, and cover the cost of the return.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Return the original item for a refund and place a new order, or email us and we will help arrange it.
