How long does shipping take?
It depends on where the item ships from, which is shown on each product page. Items from our fulfillment partner's warehouse in the United States: Processing 1–3 business days; delivery 3–8 business days after shipping (US addresses only). Items from our fulfillment partner's overseas warehouse: Processing 1–3 business days; delivery 7–15 business days after shipping (US addresses only). Ships from overseas; tracking is provided and duties are included — you will never be charged extra on delivery. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses can take 2 to 4 additional business days. Details in our Shipping Policy.
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on US orders of $75.00 or more; $7.95 flat rate below that.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. We only ship to addresses in the United States.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email contact@restandrisepet.com with your order number; we reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label or the return address. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer (if you use the prepaid label we provide, its cost is deducted from your refund). If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover return shipping. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return. Should I choose stairs or a ramp?
Stairs take up less floor space and suit most dogs who are comfortable with steps. Ramps offer a smooth, continuous slope and need more room. Measure the height of your bed or couch and the floor space available, then compare with the dimensions listed on each product page.
How do I pick the right height?
Measure from the floor to the top of the mattress or seat cushion. Choose steps whose top step is level with or slightly below that height.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. You can also look it up on our order tracking page.
Do you charge sales tax?
No sales tax is added to your order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards through Stripe, and PayPal. All payments are processed on the payment provider’s secure pages.
